Returns & Shipping Policy

 

SPRINJENE CBD RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your SprinJeneCBD purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to customerservice@sprinjenecbd.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. 

We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

Please Note: only items purchased on www.raffive.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your SprinJeneCBD product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

We process returns as quickly as possible but can take up to two weeks from receipt delivery for your return to be completed. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.

 

GIFT RETURNS

If you would like to return a gift, we can provide a site credit for the value of your return if the item shipped directly to you. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Standard Ground Shipping available within the United States on all orders over $50 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes). Purchases under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $5.99.

Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days; however, at this time, processing times may be delayed. Once picked up from our warehouse, ground packages are usually delivered within 7 business days. However, please be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to increased volume and COVID-19. As a result, shipments may be subject to delays while in transit. We regret that we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
